Staff were eager to help and breakfast was satisfactory. Though our room was generous sized and generous sized it had awful view. The beach was tidy. And it was near a bus station. The hotel was safe and the poolside restaurant was terrific!

Fab place for a stopover. Delightful breakfast was included and offered cereal, cheese, grits and pastries. I had access to safe parking, well-maintained pool. The view of marina was perfect, as well as remote location.
Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Incredibly comfortable room, newly renovated beds, amazingly friendly staff. I got free upgrade and loved it. A boxed breakfast was a nice touch. There was an average restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door. Service was exceptional in the country house hotel. Hot drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.

It was such wonderful time in Lake Louise. Adequate hotel, lovely beds, personalized service. Breakfast was complimentary, with lots of meals. All in all everything was just perfect, but we had cold bathroom. Bkfast staff were equally as cheerfull as all the other staff. The property was set in a local area.
